I do ring companies all the time.
HC is a great forum for getting this message across.
I have seen clear examples of companies changing tack regarding this - especially the small ones.
I also take your point of using it as an edge - ie find info that no-one else has.
But we can both move on - because it was only a side issue I raised.
I did post a lot of other info.
