Arrange the following on a heat proof pan.
Two serving of fish fillet or beef schnitzel.
2 sliced spring onions.
2 to 4 dried chilis.
1 tablespoon pressed ginger.
Pour on the following:
1 tablespoon sesame oil.
1 tablespoon of fish sauce.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
1 tablespoon chili paste.
Then pour ¾ cup of very hot vegetable oil on the meat to cook.
Reheat the oil and pour over again if not cooked enough.
