If not AOE for FL who?

Seems to me there is no way BOW with a partner could make it with ramp up by 2012. No way. Even the wildest optimists would probably agree that we are 12 to 18 months off getting enough 2P for an FID on one train. We also would need a pipeline route and approvals.

The problem with aiming for 2014 or beyond would be all the competition for skills.

If not BOW then who? who else of the smaller players could possibly prove up a decent 2P resource quicker than BOW?

Seems to me inevitable that LNGI is in discussions with BOW for the resource, and someone else for the financial clout. They have to try to get that critical pre-2014 window for contracting resources imho. I'd give it less than 50/50 chance of success, but LNGI (and BOW) have to try.
