Agree with your last paragraph. They've got to give it a crack. It would be remise of them not to for shareholders sake.
Getting to FID is a problem without other parties but this is the time time to think and act laterally.
In my opinion in the biggest issue that BOW have is the lack of 2P (as you state) however 3P is going great guns and when it comes to CSG going from 3P to 2P is quicker than conventional plays.
Once they are producing - game on!!
