Although I really don't have a clue I would just say that my take was different on the 3%. I think he may have been suggesting that STO can "creep" by 3% and that someone took 10m so he is suggesting that might have been STO. Then he realises 3% = 30m so he corrects himself. So maybe someone else (Korean, japanese or whoever) took 10m?
We know that STO maintained its % holding and that would have meant taking around 26m I think (although could have been 30m if they went back to 19.99 from 19.4).

But I agree on the inference about dinner time and a t____o "cooking".
