Took the wife and kids to Nambucca recently for a day trip and decided we would venture to South West Rocks next .
Been hunting in the surf at Corindi , still working out the local knowledge , but interestingly enough have resorted to buying prawns and squid from coles for the first time a week ago .
Ex Queenslander [go the maroons] and used to use a cast net for live bait with mullet and yakkas for My fish .
It is taking a while to get sorted.
May your lines be tight and rods bend often .
