so do we think it'll push all the way down to 45?

I wouldn't think so, i think 50 is it.

The mentality is, i just got 1 for 5 at 45, so maybe i'll sell 1/5 of my holding at a 5-15 cent premium.

Of course they have to wait for the record date to pass.

But, there are those different again, who even before the rec date, realise the mentality of the first group, and sell their stock at say 60c, knowing group 1 will sell the stock down after the rec date, and then they buy back in at 45-50c.

It always seems to happens.

Thats the only way i can put logic to it.

So, if you want the tax liabilities, sell, if you're in that position, otherwise, wait until the sp gets to within a bees little fella of the rights price, and load up, if the fundementals are good.
