That's why I said "reluctantly".
No question there are problems in the way the company has been run, and some of the things that went on.
But you have to ask: given that today, we are where we are - what's the best way forward? As much as I dislike the excessive executive salaries, I do not believe that a shareholder revolt will ultimately improve the situation at this point.
I'm prepared to give it one more go, but I can understand those who decide now, enough is enough. Perhaps if they come to us again in June 2009, cap in hand, I'll join you.
