Raising capital is part of it and unfortunately the timing for W2V and many other techs was terrible. High IPOs based on optimism until 2012 / 22 and then the sell off due to interest rising. Hardly any of those who did not get impacted and hence the raising at lower levels despite progress which the market just ignored and still ignores. Many haven't and won't survive, those who do will deliver investors a huge windfall. Whether W2V is among those needs to be seen, I think they will.
