Given that some of the Tranche 2 participants are yet to pay & the underwhelming SPP, I would have to revise the current COH figure down to around $4M.
$2.1M from Tranche 1
$1M from the convertible notes.
$180K from SPP.
$1.7M from Tranche 2 (supposed to be $2.2M but some are yet to pay).
Minus costs.
$500K cash receipts at the start of January, plus I hope a few hundred thousand more by the end of March.
Minus cash burn.
COH should be around $4M.
