I think there are enough SH's out there to put a stop to this rot.

Theres enough holes in what theyre doing to drive a truck through. If you read their corporate governance and see whats being done i think any have decent lawyer can get the courts to conclude that we are being done over.

I paticularly like "We are committed to best practice in corporate governance." The fine print is most interesting and theyre accountable.

China is on a massive M&A with over $80 billion to invest and I know NC is familiar with China. ME thinks the left hand is doing something while the right hand is doing the puppet show for Lynas.
