Re your: "As an aside to this, there is a similar (though possibly not closed) structure to Bellatrix at the southern end of the SNE field (at the right hand end of the seismic section in FAR's 15 March release), which was marginally intersected by SNE-3 (though possibly not close enough to its crest to test it effectively).
    3. Has there been any information released about this structure: ie. is it a lead still to be tested, or was it in fact tested and eliminated by SNE-3?"

    Hi Onceover

You have to think 3 dimensions not 2 when looking at the N-S seismic image which is through SNE1 (West towards you, East away from you). SNE3 was towards you from SNE1. There is what might be termed a "lead" on the areal map which may relate to hump in the seismic you are referring to but you will see that this is in fact well to the East.

So the answer, I think, is that it is unlikely that there would have been any "Bellatrix type preview" intersected while drilling the SNE3 well.
