If you follow a stock intently day in day out, then you will come up with more and more theories on a stocks behaviour. Most of which will be wrong. Particularly after a 15-20% drop. Never mind the previous 50% increase over a month.
Stick to the facts of the find so far, add in your own realistic forward looking scenarios for a valuation you think you can achieve in the future (depending on your hold period) and weigh up against macro factors that you believe negatively (or positively) impact the share price.
