    A game change because if ARV didn't have it then all this gold would just sit there as we wouldn't have the cash to build another and how long would that take after raising such plus acquiring all approvals.....a gamechanger because cash can be made a couple of years faster than if we had to start from scratch and indulge in Debt....AIMO
