It’s to do with Tsing getting access to capital markets and an increase of value of their investment. If they just own the asset privately they only get it’s sale value of asset and earnings which is usually set at three times earnings. If it’s an asset on capital market they can achieve a far great value for investment of a price to earnings ratio if as high as 15:01. They also don’t own all the other lines in the industrial parks. These to have investment from other partners which drastically lowers their investment capital.
