I think all but ours have now been allowed? can anyone confirm? Seems to me that the only asset now available to sell (before 8th of march TCU) is tartaruga/bauna.
1) the sale of Petrobras' interest in Petroquímica Suape and Citepe, in an advanced stage of negotiations with Alpek, according to a material fact disclosed on 11.33.2016; --> not blocked
2) alienation of concession rights for the Baúna and Tartaruga Verde fields; --> blocked
3) the sale of a stake in deepwater assets in the North American Gulf of Mexico; --> not blocked
4) divestment of Petrobras Biocombustível (Pbio) stake in Guarani; And --> not blocked
5) the merger agreement of Nova Fronteira, in which PBIO holds a 49% stake, entered into with São Martinho SA, in accordance with the relevant fact of 12/12/2016. -> not blocked
