Travelled to Europe last Sept., noticed that 1 and 2 Euro cents still in circulation. In Europe you still have to sign for credit card purchases.

Maybe a signature is much more difficult to disprove, then to accuse the cardholder of negligence or of disclosure of the PIN numbers.

What other country has gotten rid of low denomination coins?
