    I shouldn't have mentioned that I was only in Paris before going on to England.
    Every time I received change, some were copper coins of low denomination.

    Many countries in Europe do have PIN numbers, or even paywave, for credit card transactions, although some still have signatures required.

    Maybe because of my dogey appearance, irrespective which card I used I had to sign all credit card transactions.
    Can't recall having this problems in Europe in 2012.

    Had to sign in Ireland, Iceland, Scotland USA and any other countries on the way back home.
