I hope we are not in for a shock but I have to say (as I have been) that the silence from TZ is a concern. And I dare say that the GM on Monday will be a non-event with just Falconer and Otten and the resolutions getting up with no discussion on the back of large holdings.
Seems to me that TZ HAS actually rationalised the move to NASDAQ on several occassions as being in shareholders interests and that it will add value for shareholders due to higher NASDAQ valuations. We are yet to see the market accept any of this.
