Well, for sure nothing that ARQ puts out as far as words are concerned is going to move the shares up as shown by yesterday's action. Maybe they should just keep their mouths shut until they have an announcment that they hit oil.

Action is needed.

While I am not a fan of AZZ, at least they announced a buy back of some shares and although the first time around they initally didn't buy many, it helped a little.

ARQ hasn't even bothered to buy back the increase in float caused by options exercize or those 'free' incentive/bonus/incentive shares given away for meeting some targets that are now basically meaningless to shareholders.

They have the cash and a couple of million would help, but IMO it isn't going to happen.
