Im just not sure how many assets they will have to sell to secure that amount of money. When they and try and get the longer term finance, banking with Americas interest rate at the moment would be best --- im just not sure if American banks have that must to give to Centro at the moment.

Maybe if we could jag a 12 month extension then hopefully the credit crises may have eased
