There are several myths about Kos on this forum, so which ones do you believe?

Below are just 5 I will quash, with evidence.

1. Kos is not eaning $300K a year. The last annual report stated that Kos earned not even half of that.

2. The share price has not fallen from 20c to 1.5c since Kos took over ECT. When Kos became CEO, the share price was only 6c. More importantly, the market cap since this time has increased. Refer to historical charts.

3. Kos has not spent shareholder funds on ski trips, entertainment and holidays. The last few AUDITED annual accounts do not show any evidence of ski trips, entertainment or holidays.

4. Kos has inked 2 coal supply agreements. See announcements. These agreements are real providing real revenue. These are not MOU's.

5. Kos did not approve the La Jolla funding. The Board didn't even approve the funding. The shareholders (us/we) approved the funding. Refer to the November AGM resolutions.

There you have it. Five myths quashed with evidence.
