Shareholders only get ONE chance a year to complain to the Board about their performance...and that is at the AGM. Complaining on a chat site achieves nothing as no-one takes any notice.
I dont recall more than 6 questions being asked at the AGM...and 4 of those were mine.
Ofcourse the board did not ratify the LJ funding. We did. We could have easily voted against it. In case you didnt know, the board reports to shareholders....hence we determine their decisions.
Prove me wrong and I will shut up...but you cant because you know I am 100% correct.
