BBJ - then I must be a fool indeed! Coz if you say that TA doesn't apply here then it must be so. (Hmmm, just pondering how I have managed to correctly predict using TA so many sp movements in speccy stocks here on the hotcopper pages - HEG, SEH, BUL, AWE, BDI and ACB spring to mind).

But hang on, death spiral??? Last time I looked at the monthly chart the sp appears to be in a consolidation pattern between the 1.2c low and 11.5c high. Certainly not trading at all time lows and, as you put it, in a death spiral.

Others can better talk about the fundamentals but I would have thought coldry and matmoor patents and Datang are a couple of fundamental factors to consider.
