Shareholders had a choice to knock back the LJ funding. But it was APPROVED by shareholders - not by Management or the Board. The Management or the Board only made a recommendation. Shareholders did not have to approve the recommendation. If shareholders did not approve the resolution, the board would have proposed a different option.
