Firstly, ECT is not located in the best strip of Melbourne.
In fact, they are based in one of the worst parts of the CBD. They reside near bars, strip clubs and hostels.
Their offices are far from being glamorous. Their office would be no more than a 2 star (if it was a hotel).
Secondly, they are not based in Collins St.
Check your facts before you make silly statements.
