All the talk about Kos and his rewards for working at ECT is irrelevant, the facts are, he works there and someone must be happy with his performance because he still works there, and, ECT are prepared to pay him a tidy sum or a not so tidy sum depending on point of view.
It is time to move on from the Kos debate as I am sure that the minute his work at ECT isn't appreciated, and by that I mean by those who count, either he will leave or he will be moved on.
