The remuneration option got a negative vote at an AGM ( amazing how that vote puts a cat among the pigeons). After that, you know who, (on an astonishing remuneration package departed). I can't recall if he walked or was pushed.
Not too long after that the share price recovered. That was, unfortunately some time after I had bailed.
