They could have sold for more if they didn't keep loading them up at 6.4- 6.7 why put up 6mill shares at just above the last sale price? And if someone does start buying them they raise the value? Of course you can read into it several different ways as has been said over and over...... But I believe it's a type of capping, thats my gut feeling on it. Been happening too long now not to be.
