Joe Biden has "old age" issues, he is just like Mister Magoo sent out to squint and read a teleprompter, where the words are huge and turn very slowly. The poor thing is clueless, currently trying to shut down an Aussie run lithium mine in the USA because some rare flower is at the mine site. The real push for Aussie battery metals will come from multi-national end users.
