I reckon he would take a sweet offer if he could keep Escrow. Consider his related interests such as the Warrior forums, Startcon, Freightlancer. He could remain very busy if he retained those non-core assets and sold the marketplace. And he would have hundreds of millions of dollars to do something new.
I was in the "he'll never sell" camp for ages, but the more I think about it, I think he could be convinced.
