CBA (whom I am with) are now doing 3 year fixed at 5.29%..
I think thats a pretty good rate..or 5.69% for 5 years...
leaning towards 3 years...but 5 years is tempting... if rates fall further it means we are in worsening economic circumstances...
thoughts from anyone???
