FixKin - can you please for once disclose to this forum board who the real "us" is - your correspondence to shareholders was breathtakingly short on disclosures and conflicts of interest?   Actually, don't bother - I would never trust what you said anyway.

You're not happy with management - sell your kin and invest elsewhere- It's not like you haven't made a tidy profit . Invest in the companies of your proposed Directors -you were obviously happy with their performances.
