As you can read in ASX announcements, the Kin Mining Board rejected the proposal without engaging.  That makes it dead, and unable to proceed, which MHM confirmed here: http://www.stocknessmonster.com/news-item?S=MHM&E=ASX&N=782923

Again, this isn't about MHM.  Question why the Kin Mining Board suddenly changed from second half 2019 to earlier for production.  Question if they are actually fully funded to mid 2017, if they have said one thing in the quarterly and something else in the annual report and asked for approval to issue more shares before February 2017.
