like this idea so much may copy it to politics. Think about it for a sec, nobody hurt. During high unemployment allow those with two Years to go before retirement to retire early IF they wish to. All existing regulations are kept and after the "grace period" existing resume. Sure their will be a few employers who will be happy to get rid of the old codgers but most will want to employ young people to replace those leaving. Win, Win and Win for the pollies.
