no, some real estate agents are very helpful - so no, i disagree with your attempt to paint me as a real estate agent 'hater'.

Hate is too strong a word. Generally used by very angry people full of frustration and discontent.

Some did however charge me too much rent, try to take my bond after leaving the place spotless.... but those days are over. Now i have a different relationship with real estate agents.
