hi mr p,well that just confirms what ive already reliably been told by an agent who said qoute 'people are just turning up to auctions but are NOT bidding!

if vendors don't pull their head out of their ar%$! and finally once and for all realise that the bull market prices that last years property market delivered are well and truly over,start to finally revalue their asking prices DOWNWARDS ! then two things will happen here,we'll continue seeing a huge number of pi's on auction day resulting in more private sales leading to eventual lower prices being met out of necessity due to mortgage stress
