I remember 9 months ago when yourself, Passive, Warnie all tipping by the end of this year rates will plummet( Whilst rates were rising ) and being laughed at and told your dreaming!! Well, I dont know why so many ( or multi nickers anyway ) poster's waste so much time and energy trying to sell us their doom and gloom future predictions but it is wearing pretty thin indeed.....Time will tell we hear day in day out.... Maybe it's time for bear's to get into the market over the next couple of years and do themselves a favour. If they don't well....... It's they're own fault and they can always apply to rent sombody elses property if that's what they wish.
