aramalap, i can see your frustration at investment property owners digging in their heels, your 'shouting' at these people for not breaking and giving in, if only they were gracious enough to let others have some of their profits, or accept a loss for sake of others - but alas they can walk away from a sale that doesn't work for them, as the interest rate situation has made sure that anyone that has a job is no worse off, or even better off now.
