    I posted on 24/09/2010 (No. 5750578) under "Following a Formula".

    Seems everything is going to follow that formula.

    Suggest it is worth a re-read.

    I have added CTP to my list as defined in that post - but, as I have only a very small interest, I will HOLD till Surprise-1.

    I suspect one could get caught up and get it wrong in the opening rush which will obviously happen today.
