no reason why it can't be a winner tomorrow tho, just do some net trawling for stories and plaster the site all weekend......LOL

what tiger talks about concerning the P.I. and ngo's , is mostly correct, have spent a bit of time there, i found the people have no interest in tomorrow, thats the psyche of the fillipino ...........sorta explains the slow or non-existant progress of some projects.........unless someone of huge power is in ur circle and getting huge backhanders , getting a project going is tough.

This is why there was so much action when Marcos held the tillsI guess. The big ERAPper got the boot 'cause he wasn't established family, pity 'cause he may have wanted to establish a dynasty and been pro development while building his castle
