There is no chance of windup happening to suit shareholders . I rembember during the GFC a similar thing happened with GPT. NTA was high , Debt was high . SP was trashed , a wind up and payout to existing sharholders would have doubled our SP point value at the time .But the jokers did a Cap raising instead. and what little value we had left was even further destroyed . The stock has got good assest and has been shorted to oblivian .This is the bargain in the REITs . Message to shorters came on make my day !!!!!
