as stated Port Bouvard seem to make a habit of choosing stunning locations and then proposing a dvelopment that will destroy what makes that location attractive.

Tried to do exactly the same with Gidgegannup - great rural area with attractive bush and people living there on lifestyle and sustainable principles - so lets put tiny urban blocks in.

Absolute no hoper, just as well they didn't achieve progressing it or they would have lost even more money - if possible.
