    CUS is portraying a flag formation of the high and tight variety. The short term consolidation since mid August has reversed to the uptrend after an event announcement. Breakout is highest point of previous run up i.e $2.92.
    Chance of failure after breakout ..11%. Days to ultimate high..70. Average rise...63%....most likley rise...20 to 30%.
