    I posted a chart on this formation previously. Stating it could go either way.

    Take your pick, flag or pennant. Either way PEN has moved upward with breakout move "IMMINENT" IMO 8-)

    Target ~9-9.5c

    Pennant - Target ~9c


    Flag - Target ~9.5c



    Supported by "IMMINENT" critically important announcements that clearly has all and sundry guessing and on the edges of their seats. Impatient lot here LOL 8-)
