I find it hard for anyone to call the results of the drill when they are still such a longway from the target depth. I think it is more a case of Mauritania not living upto initial expectations thats responsible for the price drop. In a similar fashion to a fancied racehorse tailing the field just prior to entering the home straight. The horse still has a chance to catch up and so does HDR
