I had been thinking the same this morning. Even before the offer, the idea of Flamant delivering substantial "value" for a sale to the likes of BG or GdF was on my mind. If Flamant comes in with the goods then they could well want to do a deal with whoever the current owner of the assets is...KPMG would have to increase their "fair valuation" etc...
Worth sticking around for a while IMHO...
