Very very good points! WE could see upside in the HDR sp simply on a rerating of TLW .. as you say because the UK instos like the acquisition, or on success in Mauritania, or on the oil price heading up again.
If the TLW sp increases HDR will no doubt follow.....at what point do TLW have to raise their bid???
