There's the further cash requirement that needs to be factored in. That coupled with a future raise on the card (assume $2m also) would also need to be factored into the raise.

Best guess would be circa 400,000,000 to 500,000,000 shares to include $2m to $4m placement of which would be in CR8's favour.

Flamingo however need to be comfortable to the deal. Interesting to see the outcome.

ps. how funny was it that not so long ago we were talking about the other 'acquisition' and someone on here was saying this company was going to do nothing for 2 years. Can't be bothered working out who that was but gee whiz. Wrong.
