Leading indicators.

The best leading indicator of this right now is the sales pipeline (speaking as former international B2B sales professional). On this front they look strong. I like PAID trials (indicates the swagger needed to get the customer to invest - which also gives them some skin in the outcome and a higher propensity to buy because they are so engaged and they have put down real cash). Proposals are less meaningful (you dont get paid for putting out proposals) but its still an indicator of solid pipeline activity. But best of all is that they have real implementations and partnerships with established industry players.

After coming out of the gate, the team need to continue the focus on sales and measure themselves against the leading indicators.
